Always give a link to the relevant catalog page, or start a discussion from there (then one gets added automatically).
Also try to crop your pictures so it's easier to vie coin pictures with out useless background (especially if they are not oriented right).
From the given values (the discrepancies could be from your measurements and/or true deviations) and the albeit out of focus pictures I would tend to say genuine … but polished to death.

The weight of these coins is 25 grams and a tolerance of 0.5 of a gram is usual for a coin this old, so weight is fine. This is a “Latin Monetary Union” crown, where all the “5” denominations weighed 25 grams and were 90% silver. You will find the same size and weight for French 5 Francs, Italian 5 Lire, Spain 5 Pesetas, Swiss 5 Francs, Greece 5 Drachme and for a brieft time also Romania and Serbia I think.
I agree with others, its just been cleaned and Belgian 5 Francs are quite common in average to high grades, with costs being around 1.3 - 1.5x Face Value.
Thx for answers guys, at least its genuine.

Do you mean „costs being 1.3-1.5x….“ silver value? I would love to exchange 7 ½ Francs for this coin 😉
