Blank planchet with security edge [gelöst]

Hello, I have this coin but am not sure where it's from. The edge pattern is a dot followed by two dashes and there is a break in this pattern on either side 180°apart. It is roughly 24mm and weighs 4.92 grams any ideas what it is?
