Need some help

Hey, I found this at home. I don’t know much about coins so I don’t know how to check if this is real or not and don’t know how much it’s worth. I can’t find anyone selling this anywhere and on this site it has a score of 100 as how rare(?) it is.

NOTE:  the so called ‘Numista Rarity Index’ only shows how many members already own the item, in simple terms of a percentage.  Your item may well turn out to be unusual, or even rare, but the number of people currently in possession of that item who already have an active account on Numista isn't really a good indicator of actual value, or even rarity in the truest sense of the word (100 = nobody on this site currently owns one).

Please let us all know if it does actually turn out to be ‘Rare’ in the end, as well as how much it's worth.

It's extremely rare. Only 2 are known. Yours would be the third. Except…yours is a modern copy. Says so right on the medal.
