Hello, I was researching some of the recent NCLTs from Djibouti recently and came across this one: (Djibouti 200 Francs from 2022)

Here are 3 links with images of the Djibouti obverse:

I then tried to reverse image search it and all that comes up is this 5 Dollar coin from Barbados, also from 2022.

Here are links showing the coin with the Barbados Obverse (including an actual image, not just the rendering).

I'm thinking this coin may have originally been planned to be made for Djibouti and at the last minute they had to switch to Barbados. I am doubting that a Djibouti version actually exists, especially since all the links with the Djibouti images still mention Barbados somewhere on the page. I then also found links like this which show the Barbados images but have it labeled as Djibouti. Then I also found an eBay listing that shows the box which lists Djibouti as the country of origin, so now I'm even more confused. The images I put in this post for the Djibouti version I found here have the Power Coin watermark, but they are not anywhere on the website now, only the Barbados version (they must have deleted them).
I know this type of oversight might happen more often than we think, just behind the scenes, where the mint plans for one country but they don't get permission so they have to switch to another. I know I've seen something like this with Benin and Burkina Faso before.
Neither of these coins are on Numista yet, so I am very curious what you think, is it Barbados, Djibouti, or are they actually 2 separate coins? I know it may be trivial and not matter much in the grand scheme of things, but for the sake of accuracy I thought I'd ask.
