banknote not published on Numista [gelöst]

Hi all, 

because i am just a starter with collecting money, i want to ask here first if i am correct. i could not find this note on Numista, should i add it or was my search wrong?

I don't have better pictures now because the banknote is still on its way. I Did search on internet but i only found 2 pictures of it. 

who has more data of this note?
