Some one has gone around the coin with some wire cutters or something causing the damage on the edge and reverse of the coin. No error, post mint damage.

I understand, thank you. It is possible that it was done with nippers.
I don’t know what nippers are, but I thought maybe nail clippers as a possibility. They have simply gripped the rim of the coin and the edge and squeezed leaving the indentations.
