1956 Pakistani Medal: Real or Fake

I have this 1956 Pakistani Medal

“The medal was instituted on 16 March 1956 by the President of Pakistan to mark the transition of Pakistan to a Republic on 23 March 1956”

Does this look real or like a replica to you, just would like others opinions.

I also can't find any weight or size measurements for this on the internet to compare it with, so if you find any, please let me know.

I cant tell you if it is a replica or not as I know nothing about Pakistani medals, however I know about British medals and as the two countries have past political connections (same with modern day India) the medals were aligned up until independence and followed in similarity there after. So what I can is that this doesn’t look like a fake or a replica.
