1 Thailand Baht - Rama IX (180° Reverse)

Can this coin be rare if when I flip it the building on the reverse is rotated 180 degrees and from what I have seen no one has that. Nowhere does it say anything about the year of production. It is 1 Thai Baht with the image of Rama IX. I would like to know quickly from some expert, thank you.
