Stumbled on a few of these help??

I have a few different ms70 $1 Silver eagles ICG from US Mint sealed box initial production, Austin hutto signed slabs. Hard to find much on them an I'm new to coins. Can anybody school me as much as u can about these kind of coins id appreciate it thanks

They were intended  for investors not collectors.

ICG graded coins are not as acceptable to the coin collecting community as those graded by NGC and PCGS and usually realize lower prices when sold.

Check the sold listing for a similar example on E-Bay to determine an approximate value.

The value of an MS70 1986 Silver Eagle is listed on NGC as US $1300. The signature of Austin Hutto may or may not be valued at a premium.  MS69 on NGC is valued at $125 so you see how important the MS grade is.  Those values only apply to NGC graded coins.
