Coin not issued

Hi

Is it policy to post coin details before a coin has actually been minted? This coin is yet to be minted   and sometimes may get minted after months. It is not correct to post this just because the theme has been announced before coin has been minted and issued

Yes  and sometimes never releases the coin at all.  Thats why I do not want coins to be put up unless minted otherwise specificatons may change as its happening in a coin where  a few sets were minted and now they can not find blanks f same specs  to mint the others
