Error relating to the years on some North Korean banknotes. [gelöst]

So, I noticed something odd about my collection earlier today. 

This banknote is definitely not of the year 3913 haha (5 Won - North Korea – Numista)!

I think someone made a mistake with the years here, I'm guessing the year 2002 is meant to be in brackets instead, not 3913. 

There seems to be one other note with a similar mistake too (1000 Won - North Korea – Numista). 

Yes, it is an annoying error
