I have a 1951 date, Hong Kong 10 cents Queen Elizabeth II 1st portrait, security edge. Is this a mule or error? It should be King George VI with this date

Pictures? Seems like a mule like that would be famous and not discovered 70 years later. Maybe 1957 with a partially filled 7.
