je possède un modèle 10 bin lira en laiton de 1991, le millésime n'apparaît pas, les années de productions commencent à 1993 sur les millésimes proposés.

honestly. I don't know what coin do you mean.
10 bin lira might be either KM#1027 (which I think you mean but isn't made of brass - or "laiton") or
KM#1042 (which is a commemorative and isn't brass either).
none of them starts at 1993, too.
Even in the catalog 10 bin lira coins end at 1988 and commence at 1994 with a circulating issue.
