Strong cartwheel, AU and above. Marks and scratches will stop it at MS63 - so somewhere in between, based purely on the 2 images. It is very hard to tell without it in hand, and to be honest at that grade it is very hard to tell.

My personal guess is MS 60-62, leaning towards MS-61.

Thanks for your comments, if only we have somewhere (here in the Philippines) to submit them for grading, it.would have been easier.
