Variant of commemorative coin capt Jacob Jones (?)

my coin is 65mm in diameter, 4mm high, weighing 129/130g. However it does not look like bronze, more like it is brass coated. 

I cannot say, how old this coin is; it is near mint. 
Can you give me more information about this coin, thanks
