I imagine this would have come from the Belgian mint in 2010, where you might have been able to buy it at the time. Now with only 2000 minted you will have to search high and wide to find one to buy! Try eBay, coin shops, jeweller, coin auctions etc…

It is limited edition collectable. If your local coin shops are not selling it, you probably won't find it.

Auction house Jean Elsen already offered it 5 times (sold 4 times), the last time last year in November. Can't find any other auction house that ever offered this coin so keep an eye on this one (not offering it in his next auction in June).
