1928 Cyprus 45 Piastres Coin weight

Hi Everyone, I have a 1928 Cyprus 45 Piastres Coin and it’s weighing in at 26.5 grams rather than the 28.27 grams it should.

could this be a fake, or could the be another reason for it bring light. I’ve checked my scales with another coins and the are accurate.

Have you used a magnet to check if it is silver or not?  I see some things that look a little bit off to me on the letters of the reverse, but some of the things that look off to me may simply be because all of your letters are worn and flattened a little bit compared to a high condition one like the Numista page.  One noticeable difference to me is your R in FORTY looks off from the other R's.  Many of my other small details I notice may just be from wear, as may be the weight difference.
