Need Help Evaluating Possible Mint Error – 2 Euro Lithuania 2017

Hello,
I’m looking for help evaluating a possible mint error on this 2 Euro coin from Lithuania, year 2017.

On the common side (reverse), the stars are completely missing, and there is a visible raised area near where the letter "O" in "EURO" should be. The surface looks smooth and untouched – no signs of polishing or damage.

Specifications:

Weight: 8.50 g

Diameter: 25.75 mm

Thickness: 2.1–2.2 mm

Edge: “LAISVĖ VIENYBĖ GEROVĖ”

Photos are included (front, back, edge, close-up of the error area).

I would greatly appreciate any insight on whether this is a known error and what kind of approximate market value it might have for collectors.

Thank you in advance!

There are no stars on the reverse side of this coin, or any 2 Euro coin from any country.

Your coin just looks to be a very well worn coin.

There are 12 stars on the reverse. The ones on the OP's coin are missing due to wear.

The 12 stars are on the Obverse. there are no stars on the Reverse.

There are 12 stars on the reverse (common) side of every standard circulation euro coin.

Actually a couple haven't completely worn off on the OP's coin.

I was referring to the big stars that are on the obverse not the small ones on the ends if those vertical lines.
