🧐 5 Euro Banknote – Possible Error or Variation? Looking for Expert Opinions

I’d like to share a 5-euro banknote (2013 series, signed by Christine Lagarde) that seems to have several unusual features. I’m trying to determine whether this could be a genuine printing error, a rare early issue, or something else of interest to collectors.

Observed anomalies:
1. The word “EURO” on the front is slightly raised but doesn’t shift color under light.
2. The letters “EC” in the serial number are noticeably lower than the numbers (misalignment).
3. The value “5” is printed in the upper right corner, not at the bottom as usually expected.
4. The EU flag appears in the upper left corner, which seems odd.
5. The signature is placed below the flag, which differs from the usual layout.
6. The portrait in the watermark looks different from Europa – the face is turned the other way and has distinct features.
7. The same unusual portrait appears in the silver holographic stripe as well.
8. The words EURO / EYPΩ / ЕВРО on the back are not raised to the touch, unlike on standard authentic notes.
9. The printing code E001J6 belongs to one of the earliest batches of this series, which may make it uncommon and of numismatic interest.
