Is this a chickless Irish 1 Pingin ? [gelöst]

Hello 

I have this Irish 1 pingin from 1943 which seems to have some sort of either die  fill /die deterioration that has almost erased  one of the chicks from under the hen and also appears to have added some metal on the chicks in the back and under the hen's wing .

Is this what is referred to as a Chickless Pingin or is this some other variety /error ?
