There is a statement on 1993s inscription far /near rim. Which inscriptions , the obverse or reverse?

Obverse. It is really small difference.

You may need good magnification and several coins to spot.

Inscriptions near rim is easier to find for 2536 and 2538, but more difficult for 2537.
