Looks good. The coin page already describes them as Narrow and Wide in the comments and year lines. To avoid confusion the same terms should be used, either the existing or yours.
I think the distance between the end of the lettering and the curl under the crown is easier to see then where the L points to. Don't forget, it's easy to see on your big enlargement of a coin in good condition, but yet again, the 10 ore's are very small coins (15 mm):
