xian chun tong bao upside down 七

the chinese number on my xian chun tong bao is upside down, is that normal?

Someone didn't press the seed coin into the mold the right way up. Personally I have not seen something like this but I can't imagine that it doesn't happen every now and then. I have seen double presses, shallow/deep presses (don't know how they got through inspection though).

How can you tell it's upside down only seeing the one face?
