Heavy New Token Pearl Harbor 2025 issue

What do I have here? It's a Pearl Harbor memorial token of sorts, but there seems to be tokens within a token. Is there a specific name for such a thing? It's the thickest and most heavy token I've ever been presented with, plus a 2025 date. It was given to me by someone who was at a recent parade in Chicago who said that person would know who to give it to… some paranormal stuff? 😁😳 So it ended up with me. What do I have here?
