Good morning. I came into possession of this very strange banknote. It is similar to the WW2 Japanese occupation notes of the Philippines. In reality it presents several macroscopic anomalies: The front and back are identical, except for the color shade which is lighter on one of the two sides, Only the front has a NON NEGOTIABLE red overprint, there is an error in the header which reads "THE JALANESE GOVERNMENT" instead of JAPANESE; the image on the left of the value presents a landscape with a tree and volcano different from that of the official banknote. Does anyone know any details about the history of this strange banknote. I believe it is not a fake because it would not make sense to print a fake with the wording non negotiable. Thanks Manlio
