I purchased a 10 Rubles banknote some time ago that bears the signatures of Ivan Pavlovich Shipov and Pyotr Ilyich Sofronov. While organizing my collection recently, I started looking more closely into its variety and noticed something unusual: The prefix on my note is E0232179, but I haven't been able to find this prefix listed in any of the standard references or online catalogues.
