Can anyone please identify this coin?

1920 King George V One penny, Reverse is weathered but the reverse looks like a 'Mule'?  Clearly visible to the right of Britannia are two raised curved sails and the bough is just visible over the Britannia main centre image.

I can't identify the sails on any other coinage of this era

All help is greatly appreciated!

Doubtful.  It says ONE PENNY on it as it should. The head, helmet and trident are still visible and date exactly where it belongs.

I've a few King George V pennies and none of them have these raised sails to the upper right of brittania (Circled in red) aswell as a few other anomalies on this coin?

It's been stamped with a Britannia aswell as the raised sails, Hence why I've asked if it is a ‘Mule’, Stamped with a different dye from another coin reverse? I've looked online and there is such a thing as a ‘Mule’ coin..I just cannot indentify which coin the apparently sails come from?

If it was stamped with something after it was minted that would not be a mule.  It would be a manipulated post mint damaged coin.  I'm not seeing sails and part of a ship.  Maybe some other members can.

If it's not a ‘Mule’, There is definitely two distinct dyed stamps on the reverse, The two sails underneath the Britannia on the upper right where there should be dead space(Clear)

If somebody did stamp it with a die or another coin with sails and a ship it could have happened any time after 1920 with anything made at any time before or after. It's not a numismatic item other than the 1920 coin it started out as.

Welcome to numista,

Sorry @DarkHeart the mule seems to you, not your coin, excuse the pun.
