Lack of mintage numbers and price explains how rare it is.

I would not be looking for coin itself. I would look for Latvian book about their bank and currency history.

There actually was one Numista member who appeared to have it at one point.  I forgot who.

edit I see it is an LMU standard franc. I need one in my collection now. A 24, not a 23 , unless chance throws one in my way.
