Have 2 of them Lincoln cent coins both have the L in the rim where barely visible 

The 20euro cent coin is 2002 German issue 

Usually has a letter under the year which is not there

It is heavily worn off J. Try looking for errors in coins that are not damaged by time that much.

Even if there was known error with letter missing, your coin is still worth no more than 20 cents due to its wear.

Nice penny, 7, maybe 8 cents. No credit for the L. In that year in was the usual.
