Help needed for a Japanese Plaquette

I believe this is a Japanese Plaquette showing the Osaka coin mint on the obverse.

Can anyone help me identify it and help with the text on the medal?

It is indeed depicting the Japan Mint headquarter like on this picture from a coins set (after a few more modernisations).

製局幣造 - Produced by the Minting Bureau (aka Japan Mint)

Will look at the large text tomorrow and see what I can read, these pseudo seal script texts are sometimes confusing.

I updated my guess and added a confidence matrix. You should probably ask someone from the Japan translation team one of them can probably help further in correcting and adding.

Thanks for sharing, I think I have just found 1 more in the top line.

Added it in Bold lettering.

It seems to be from 1911 if you can trust the wrapping paper
