Phil. 2p bills seal type 4 + replacement note.

Hello everyone. I wonder why both records for seal type 3 & 4 does not have a yearline for a replacement note. their existence is somehow among the circulations before in less numbers.

despite being demonitized, i still beleived that it deserves a spot in the catalog.

Because nobody has added them yet to our catalogue.

They deserve their own yearline. Feel free to edit the page and add extra yearline. Please also add your (cropped) pictures to the page as example of this replacement note, to help others recognise their types.

ill be much happy to respect the changes  for i know that a CR is undergoing evaluation and validation too.

please correct the entries for the benefit of the catalog.

Lastly, i was really surprised when you made that comment. Like i said, i never intend to invent and for all i know a CR is subjected to evaluation. It was published right away that why i thought that everything passed the referee’s evaluation.

in this regard, if i may, i wish somebody could make  the proper correction of the entries for the benefit of the catalog.

Please continue to add all the other replacement notes in the same way.

Don't forget to also add the pictures of your notes ("Register an example of this type") to each page, so others can clearly see how to recognize them.
