Silver coins 1951-1990 [gelöst]

Hi, I collect silver coins from 1951-1990 (commemorative and standard circulation) - I have 3 questions:
1. Should Tibet be included here, since in 1951 it became part of the PRC?
2. Did Luxembourg mint its own silver coins (commemorative or non-circulating standards)?
3. Did San Marino mint silver coins (commemorative or non-circulating standards)?

and 4.Should we include Iran, Colombia, El Salvador, and Honduras here? (Cause they are smalls)
