Notes from City of Bonn vs Districts of Bonn and Sieg [gelöst]

There is a note listed in the catalog included under the issuer City of Bonn that contains a seal with the City of Bonn arms, is dated from Bonn, and contains large text of the city name:

Other similar notes with the same references to Bonn are also in the catalog but are listed under the issuer Districts of Bonn and Sieg:

It seems like these notes are part of the same “series” and should be listed under the same issuer. I have one note from each issuer in my collection currently, which makes my collection appear incorrect, and I have others not yet listed in the catalog, and I would like to add them, but I am not sure what issuer to pick for them. All of the notes in the catalog translate as being valid as payment to city banks as well as banks in the districts, but there is no other mention of the districts beyond this. 

I feel like all of the notes should perhaps be listed under the issuer for the City of Bonn, but I was hoping any experts in the community could help sort out this citation.

The isssuer is probably the city of Bonn (at least from the design and major texts) but it is accepted in the city, the suroundings of Bonn and the Sieg district.

But I don't have a catalog nor know the peculiar sorting system of Numista's Notgeld sections.

That was my thought as well.

Wondering if anyone out in the community has a notgeld catalog to verify? Or perhaps @Silberschatz could provide some insight?

Ok so because the notes indicate they are usable as tender in both of the districts that is why they are listed there, rather then under the City of Bonn. The note text prominently stating Bonn, and the Bonn City Seal/Arms on these notes makes be think different, but if the conscience is to place them under the districts issuer I am fine with that. I can add the ones in my collection that are missing at some point in the coming weeks.
