Anyone have an idea of what this coin is? I purchased this coin a year ago from a UK auction house that listed it as a coin of Claudius II Gothicus. I finally got around to researching it and I am fairly certain it is not a coin of Claudius II Gothicus as I cannot find its like on any authoritative source. If it is, I think it would be a provincial issue. The script is not latin and is possibly Greek(?). The reverse appears to show Minerva/Athena. Of course, it could just be a fake. Anyone have any ideas?
