3 Haller ND Zurich, variety "Haler"

I have been searching for this piece for quite some time, actively for 4-5 years for sure and could not find any offers nor ever saw a photo.

An example registered here for haler variety is obviously the normal variety. But what puzzles me the most is NGC population report that states this variety in hundreds of graded examples. How that can be possible? 

Generally Zurich coinage is of high quality and you can see on the examples of 20 and 40 batzen 1813 how little details are well known and studied they even got different KM numbers. On a side note, they really should be merged into one for consistency of the catalogue.

I would like to see if anyone can really confirm this one?
