Question on "Proof-like" coins

I'm new to Canadian coins. I recently purchased a 1967 set. The plastic sealed kind. Are these considered “Proof-like”, in Canadian coin collecting? It's more shiny than my other '67 Canadian dollar.

Thanks for the reply. That link you sent will be very handy as I delve into Canadian Coins. I have some already, but Silver dollars look like fun. Hoping my next will be 1949 Newfoundland dollar.
