Were any official 1996 Thai commemorative sets issued?

Dear collectors!

In 1996 besides standard coins and sets Thailand also issued a series of commemorative coins:

Many kinds of sets with these coins exist, and I don't know which one(s) is/are official. SCWC also does not help, as it does not list any. Maybe somebody knows which packaging(s) is official?

1) Exists in three different colors

2) This one is very likely to be official, as it looks similar to other sets. However it does not contain all denominations. Which is specially strange, because 1-10 satang weren't issued for circulation. If this is an official set, it would imply there is an another set with satang coins.

3) I have also seen before sets that contained only 1-10 satang coins. Unfortunately, I did not find pictures now. I'll post them here if I find.

Maybe @Magic2ik could help with set info.

He first 3 sets ar Private/hand made.

Coins are just inserted in the cardboard.

Te other set is private production net made by Thai Treasury department.
