Coin Storage and organization

Hi All,

I found the Numista website several months ago and started to build up my data on the site. Great Site! I have been organizing the coin collection for as long as I've been here. So what I've been doing id using the whittman Albums. Duplicates go into a 3-ring binder. I'm starting to get down to the nitty gritty. Today I found out that Proof/Mint sets can't be stored in the database. So i continued to rolled coins.

I have an ammo can full of plastic round storage containers. The ones with the screw on caps. I'm storing the same type of coins in the same tube having multiple years. Can you give any feedback on how to enter them into Numista and then storing them. There are many to store and I don't think I should use a 3-ring binder because I'd have a bookcase of coins. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Proof/Mint sets can be stored in the database. If they don't exist you can add them.

So, I've tried to add a couple of existing sets to my collection so I press one on the coins that are in the set. Then I scroll down to the year/name of the set. When I press a specific year/name it brings me to that set…BUT, I see no way to add the set to my collection. Is there another step?
