Coin Identification

I believe it to be Chinese but
can not find anything with the decorated Boarder....26mm diameter

 A coin has two sides. Most of the information is on the front side.

I have to ask…how did you find the 7 year old post from just the picture?

 Something I read a while ago on here how to do it, 

namely right-click on the picture then a big box appears on the right 

with all sorts (mostly wrong though) of supposedly visual matches …  

though sometimes I still remember various topics as well.
