1960s penny ident?

Can someone help me identify if this is large or small date, high or low 9 please? I think it's large date high 9. But numista says .8% and that's fairly low so I just wanted a second opinion 

What about this from Philadelphia?

Looks like a Denver Large Date which is 8%, not 0.8%

Set this one aside (if you can) as a reference piece to have near you when you're looking through 60's pennies.  Will make it easier to switch back and forth from your current piece to this one.
