I didn't find in catalog this one: 127А = 200 Rials 1981 with Azadi tower:

No the A is slightly different shades of blue and green according to KM. 

So either add a new year line and add the differences in the comment section or create a new page for it.

I'm confused. There seems to be two 127a"s in BNM.

One is 127a the other 127A, probably added after the fact to squeeze it between 127a,b and 128.
