Coin error or a counterfeit?

Anyone happen to know a little about Ethiopian currencies? 
 

The die is rotated around 60 degrees, cannot find another example of this online.

The coin weighs 7.1 grams, and is 26.7mm in diameter.

i have just weighed the coin and it is 7.1 grams, measuring 26.7mm. These match the specifications provided, the image in the flip isn’t the best, in areas where the circulation wear is reduced it appears to be sharp and the bust on the obverse fully detailed. The die is rotated around 60 degrees, perhaps it is not a counterfeit and infact an error? 

Maybe it's a real error.
die rotation errors 15 degrees or less are considered insignificant, while errors 45 degrees or more are highly sought after by coin collectors.

But to be sure you need to consult a professional, for not all of these coins with this error are real.
