Wanna know if the AA Is the first year made on this note

Hey I have been trying to do some research on this note I have and was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with what I’m looking for since this is as much as I got from Google. I was wondering if being AA and date on the note being 28 June 1995 is this the first year and line of the 10000 banks solvenije notes

28 June 1994 is on the note and yes it's the first year.  N#211383
