I have a 1950 half crown with a PX 134 counterstamp on it. Does anyone know what this is?

This type of countermark is probably military, so that's where I would start a search — number for land, air, or naval units.

 

Most such countermarks are found on coins from the 1910s—1940s, so this one is a bit later.
