Fantasy? [gelöst]

A while ago, I recall that this coin and the others in the set were considered official coinage. For what reason have they been placed in fantasy? If anyone has a source I'd appreciate it. The fact that these coins are listed in Krause, and every other source I've seen recognises them as currency, makes me think these should not be listed as fantasy issues, along with the fact the 2003 series are also listed as official.
