The king of Serbia was Milutin younger brother of previous king Dragutin who abdicated the throne in favor of medieval Serbian elite and noblemens. They made a deal that after death of his younger brother Milutin the successor of throne will be his son Vladislav. He goverend  part of sout kingdom of Hyngary but actualy inhabited predominantly whit Serbs. Constantin oldest son of king Milutin had a title Rex ( by mean young king de facto princ pretender of a throne) and he was given to rule the main sea port of Serbia city of Scadar. When king Milutin die Constantins younger brother Stefan and his brother in low Vladislav made a war for successon of throne. Stefan become victorius and also become a new king of Serbia from 1321 - 1331. This coin is reminder of gread for throne and said destony of Constantin who had all legal rights to become a king after his father as the oldest son and one who was prepaid for the role. There was a nobleman Constantin Balshich who goverend the Skadar in 1394/95 in behalf for Otoman Turks  but of coure they will never alow him to stuck coins and specialy not like a king. The coin is extremely rare and interestig because of the story but misunderstood by old numismatics because they lived in epohe befor information revolution. Even the weight in first decades of XIV centur  was 1,4 to 1,8 grams but at the end of XIV century  around 1 gram even less.
