I  have this coin and I am baffled. The weight is 37.54g and it has a distinct matt type finish and a definite high pitched silver sound. Any ideas anyone?

There are discrepancies as to the weight of these examples and without photos of your coin it is hard to be more specific but most certainly it is not the silver variety. Numista has the CuNi variety at 36.4g while U coin has the CuNi variety listed at 37.5g
