Billet 200 dzd maybe fold-over

Hello,
I have a 200 DZD banknote with a white band that appears when unfolded.
The design aligns when folded.
Could this be a fold-over printing error or just a crease issue?

nice found. Printed with a fold in the paper.

cutted when folded as well so standard dimensions when folded and bigger when unfolded.

i like when the fold is in diagonal, makes the cut / error more unusual.
