According to my research above proof cirulation coins were issued only in 2000, 2004, 2006, 2008. Additionally, for some years there are both general and “In sets” yearlines. (But not every year). Considering the fact that now sets can be added those “In sets” yearlines are not necessary. (It is easier to remove those now as well, instead of coming back later, when all sets are added)
