1975 US Nickel w strike-through or clashed reverse?

Found this nickel with very strange reverse. Think it may be  strike-through or die clashed reverse, but could just be PMD. If PMD how did obverse not get distorted? 

Post mint damage. Looks like it somehow got rotated with the reverse against a rough surface. Like this one I just made but not as bad.

PMD. Looks like a coin roller / wrapping machine defect to my eye.

That was my first thought but have never seen one with circular damage at the center also.

Not usually and an exception but it does happen occasionally on older misaligned and uncalibrated machines.https://www.cointalk.com/threads/automatic-coin-wrapper.369971/

See the coin stop at the end of this 5C plastic tube? Now slam a nickel mechanically on a metal coin stop with the weight of 39 or more other nickels on top of it. Eerily similar to the PMD to your coin. These 2 defects did not necessarily happen simultanoeously but certainly PMD and not  minting defects.
